Tromsø

I went to visit a friend last weekend. I have never been to Tromsø before. It was really so beautiful there. We had sunny weather most of the time. Tromsø is a city in Troms, far north in Norway. Hurtigruta make a 4 hour stop there. A norwegian tvstation has been making a 5,5 days long tvshow from Hurtigruta this week. They were filming the trip along the norwegian coast from Bergen to Kirkenes, and sent it as a realityshow. So alot of people in Norway have been watching as the ship was sailing north. When the boat passed towns, cities and people houses there were people cheering and waiving with Norwegian flags. We were in Tromsø when the boat arrived, and they filmed us a little bit. So we were on TV, but not very long. We could hardly see ourselves. But we had fun watching the norwegian people going crazy about Hurtigruten. We were also so lucky that we got to try survival-suits that they use in really cold water. So we jumped into the water even though it was so cold...! There was also a tivoli in town, so we had fun taking a ride with G-Force. It was scary but very exiting and fun at the same time. You felt like you were falling out, because you fell down with your head first and then it was spinning around. It sure make your adrenalin(epinephrin) flow faster...
